Hairless Jay

Jay's knee surgery went well two weeks ago. They repaired the torn ACL and found some of the miniscus was also damaged, so they fixed that while in there. He is now off crutches, but still hobbling around. He was more than happy to stop wearing his stocking this week too. Here are a few photos we took a couple of days after the surgery. You may notice Jay's missing hair on the knee side. The nurses said when they shaved him the razor went dull and they had to get another one because he was so hairy. That's my man! The recovery will be about four months before he is released by Workman's Comp and he can start looking for a job. Until then, he will be the best stay-at-home dad ever.
