Jay and I got tickets from my work to Dave Ramsey's live show in town. He is a financial radio talk show personality that has several books that - crazy enough - suggest staying out of debt and only paying for things when you have the money for them! So weird. He was very entertaining. We got some good advice about where to invest our money conservatively and how to get on a path to pay off our house earlier. http://www.daveramsey.com/. Something funny he said was that he doesn't sell microwaves. He's in the crockpot business. Getting rich quick doesn't happen. You have to plan for the future by sacrificing long-term. He is really in line with how we feel about money. We liked him a lot. He quoted a lot of Proverbs, which funny enough, talks a lot about not being in debt. It's provident living like the prophets have been counseling for years.
We are grateful to Nuie who took Lauren all day so we could go. She took Lauren and Claire to the park in her neighborhood and Lauren tried a real swing for the first time. She wasn't so sure. When she's not sure about something, she's just stone faced - no emotion. The funny thing is she cried when Nuie took her out!

Thanks, Nuie! One of these days Lauren will no longer gouge out Claire's eyes, but will want to play with her and boss her around instead. They will be close cousins.

Awww...she's a cutie. She was so fun, and really good too! It really wasn't hard, and I admit I was a little unsure at first. Good thing Lauren is so well-behaved! Now that I think of it, when I opened my laptop, she did try to bang on the keys :) haha...
cute. When did Lauren get blond hair. She is looking a lot like Zachary. You can tell they are related.
